Modern and new studies and research in the field of food science indicate that food safety is an essential factor in avoiding many diseases, which contribute to strengthening and building a healthy body and a healthy mind, and on the other hand, the United Nations organizations represented in food and nutrition and global health organizations all over The world refers to the importance of food safety, and there are many concepts that express the characteristic of quality in the field of food processing and food analysis.
What is the quality
Quality is defined as the sum of characteristics and characteristics that characterize the individual units of a compound and has a significant effect on determining the degree of acceptance for consumers.
The definitions of quality are scattered in food products, but with regard to the descriptive evaluation of food, it includes a number of standards available through some devices and sensory properties, and that the basic measurement for assessing the production wheel of food commodities is production and its quantity. For the factory, the measurement is based on the characteristics, and for merchants, the standard is the validity period For the producer and for the consumer, the measure is its flavour, nutritional value and food safety.

4- Establishing a tracking system for the company’s products, from the beginning of entering the inputs until the customer receives the product.
5- Achieving compatibility between the company’s policy, procedures and requirements.
6- Describe and implement an effective product safety and security system to meet the requirements of ISO 9001: 2008.
7- Continuous improvement of applications and means of safety and security of the product.
8- Providing documents to review the company’s system in accordance with the quality requirements of ISO 9001: 2008.
